What we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email, company), the candidate and outreach data you load into the product, and standard usage and device information needed to run the service.
How we use it
To operate roles on your behalf, provide support, secure the service, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Candidate data
Candidate records you import are processed to run the outreach you configure. You control retention and can delete records at any time; opt-out requests are honored across every channel.
Sub-processors
We rely on vetted providers for telephony, email delivery, voice synthesis, and hosting. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email privacy@maya.co and we'll respond promptly.
